The woman told police someone kidnapped her from a parking lot and drove her around for a short time before ripping her clothes and tying her hands together and putting her in the trunk.
Emergency officials said they received a call from the woman at 10:41 a.m., The Plain Dealer newspaper in Cleveland reported. While she wasn't able to give the rental car's location, emergency dispatchers were able to determine the neighborhood and had her tell them when she heard police sirens to help direct them to her, the newspaper said. They found her in about 25 minutes and she was taken to a hospital to be checked out.

She was found not far from the parking lot where her car was located. Police were examining security camera video from the area.
